Affidavit of Human Authorship and Right of Publicity

By selecting the "Hybrid (Human + AI)" registration tier and submitting this audio file to the MyHandle Registry, I, the User, hereby legally attest, warrant, and represent under penalty of perjury to the following:

1. Human Lyric Authorship: I am the sole, original human author of the written lyrics embedded within this audio file, OR I have secured the exclusive, written commercial rights to utilize said lyrics from the original author.
2. Right of Publicity (Vocal Clone): The vocal likeness, tone, and identity used to generate the vocals in this audio file belong exclusively to me, OR I have secured the explicit, written, commercial authorization from the human whose voice was cloned to monetize their vocal likeness.
3. Indemnification: I understand that MyHandle relies completely upon this attestation to issue commercial Sync Licenses to third-party buyers. Should any third party bring a claim of copyright infringement or Right of Publicity violation against MyHandle, YouCast365, or the buyers of this Sync License, I assume full legal and financial responsibility. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyHandle and its founders against all legal fees, damages, and settlements arising from a breach of this attestation.
