1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, username, password, and public Handle.
• Financial & Tax Information: Real names, Social Security Numbers (SSN), Employer Identification Numbers (EIN), PayPal addresses, and banking details required for royalty payouts and tax compliance. (Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers).
• Content & Metadata: Audio files, lyrics, cover art, and generation tool metadata uploaded to our servers for the creation of Chromaprint AI-IDs.
• Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and interaction metrics on the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate immutable acoustic fingerprints (AI-ID) linking your identity to your uploaded audio.
• To operate the Sync Marketplace and distribute your music to the YouCast365 broadcasting network.
• To process royalty payouts, issue tax documents (e.g., 1099 forms), and prevent fraud.
• To populate the public Universal Ledger (Note: Only anonymized AI-ID hashes and performance metrics are displayed publicly; your personal financial data is never shared).

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with:

• B2B Licensing Partners: When a brand licenses your track, they receive your public Artist Name/Handle and the AI-ID for legal clearance.
• Service Providers: Secure third parties like Stripe (payments) and server hosting providers.
• Legal Authorities: If required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyHandle, our users, or the public.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal and tax information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
